All these questions I asked myself at the beginning and many times I used them as an excuse not to start changing my habits. The truth is that the change must begin in your mind, in loving yourself a little more and taking care of your health. Most importantly, being disciplined with yourself even on those days when your motivation is lacking.

MY JOURNEY
Since I was little I have been dancing and doing sports, but it wasn't until I moved to London that I started to fall in love with fitness. I started training in 2015 and learning on my own until I realized that this was what I was really passionate about. It was at this point I started studying to become a personal trainer and Fitness Instructor. I had worked as a dance fitness instructor in central London in a fitness school and also I teach fitness classes by zoom. In 2020 I did my first bikini fitness competition in which I came second and in 2021 I competed again and I won my pro card in Bikini Wellness!. This gave me a lot of experience in how to train and eat correctly also with the help of a personal trainer. After my experience and my studies I am looking forward to transmitting everything I know to my clients and to be able to help them in whatever their goal may be.
